Convergent Technologies Innovation Laboratory
The Convergent Technologies Innovation Laboratory was designed as a national
showcase hub for Lucent Technologies, Inc. incorporating approximately 20
million dollars in communication equipment. The CTIL facility is a
hands-on, learning environment, demonstrating the latest capabilities in virtual
communications for distance learning.

UCHSC Pharmaceutical Classroom
The University of Colorado Health Sciences Center Pharmaceutical Classroom
project consisted of renovating existing office and administrative areas into a
large, multi-purpose classroom. Programming requirements included
flexibility for multiple users and group sizes varying from 20 to approximately
120 students. The design incorporated for the implementation of evolving
teaching technologies and information technology equipment.

UCHSC Pharmaceutical Laboratories
The University of Colorado Health Sciences Center Pharmaceutical Laboratory
project consisted of renovating three existing classrooms into four
pharmaceutical labs to be utilized as research and teaching labs for the UCHSC
School of Pharmacy. Programming requirements included the implementation
of new laboratory casework, fumehoods and finishes. Special accommodations
were made for students as the building was fully occupied throughout the
construction process.

Historic Residential Preservation Project
This Project involved the renovation and preservation of seven single-family
residential structures located in Black Hawk, Colorado. Each of the homes
were landmarked structures, originally constructed in the late 1800's. In
addition to the renovation process, three of the structures were relocated to
new sites. Each of the structures required extensive assessments including
feasibility studies, building systems analysis and project cost analysis.

The W.W. Reynolds Companies
The W.W. Reynolds Companies' projects have included the design development of
multiple "core-and-shell" facilities. WWR is a well known commercial
developer, responsible for many new facilities located throughout Boulder,
Colorado.

Primrose Schools
Primrose Schools is a National Franchising Company developing preschool
childcare centers through various areas in the United States. These
facilities are approximately 10,000 gross square feet and accommodate up to 192
children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 12 years.
